We are proud to announce a new release of MBN Explorer. The new version 1.2 is significantly advanced and improved as compared to the previous version 1.1. MBN Explorer 1.2 has the following advantages over MBN Explorer 1.1:
– MPI support for high-performance computing on supercomputers
– Crystal generator tool
– Relativistic integrator for the simulation of relativistic dynamics
– Extended molecular mechanics (CHARMM) force fields allowing for simulation of the bond rupture
– 3D kinetic Monte Carlo method allowing for simulation of stochastic processes in a three-dimensional space
– Performance improvements
– Multiple minor bug fixes
– Extended library of examples
