The MBN Explorer tutorials were held in St. Petersburg, Russia

A series of MBN Explorer and MBN Studio tutorials took place in St. Petersburg, Russia during 2014-2017. These tutorials were held for bachelor, master, PhD students and research staff at the Department of Experimental Physics of St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. In the course of the tutorials, the attendees became acquainted with physical models and computational approaches used for the simulation of bio- and nano-systems by means of MBN Explorer and MBN Studio. The practical part of the course was based on a number of hand-on exercises which have been done with MBN Explorer and MBN Studio.
