The Seventh International Conference "Dynamics of Systems on the Nanoscale" (DySoN 2023) took place on April 24-26, 2023, in Vila Lanna, Prague, Czech Republic. The conference was co-organized by the University of Kent (Canterbury, United Kingdom) and MBN Research Center (Frankfurt am Main, Germany).
DySoN 2023 gathered 45 participants from many different countries in Europe and worldwide. The conference covered a broad range of experimental, theoretical and applied topics within the Topical Areas of the DySoN Conference Series. An important focus of the conference was the links of the DySoN topics to novel and emerging technologies. The DySoN 2023 Conference program can be found on the conference website. Detailed information about the DySoN conference series, including the conference programs and books of abstracts for all the conferences, can be found on a dedicated web portal of the DySoN conference series.
The DySoN Conference was followed by the 2nd Annual Conference of the COST Action MultIChem, which was held on April 26-28 at the same venue. The MultIChem conference brought together experts from different disciplines, such as physics, chemistry, biology, and materials science, specializing in the theoretical, multiscale computational modeling and experimental studies of irradiation-driven chemistry processes involving complex molecular systems exposed to radiation. The scientific sessions were followed by the MultIChem Management Committee meeting on Friday, April 28, where further activities of the Action were discussed.
