Two books entitled "MBN Explorer: Simulations of Nanomaterials Structure and Dynamics" and "MBN Explorer: Dynamics of Biomolecular Systems and Self-organization" have been published by St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University Publishing House (St. Petersburg, Russia).
The books represent two parts of a tutorial for the practical use of the MBN Explorer software package for complex multiscale modeling of structure and dynamics of complex molecular and biomolecular systems. With the help of these books, the reader may become acquainted with the main numerical algorithms of energy minimization, molecular and Monte Carlo dynamics, as well as with a number of new algorithms, which were successfully implemented in MBN Explorer. The monographs are based on a series of training courses which are being organized by MBN Research Center.
